Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after this period.

We only offer store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 3 months.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@airecollective.shop. Include “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line, followed by your order number.

We will not accept exchanges if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Please note: We do not offer refunds — only store credit.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns or exchanges.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
